Meet the Founder, Jennifer Kirwin

As an avid traveler, artist, software developer, and mom, I started to dream up “Baby & Bramble” while home with my son, Max. After going on multiple trips (car and plane) with my son and husband, I had noticed that there was a lack of baby friendly spaces and gear to make life as a parent and child easier while exploring the world together.

I decided to put my sewing skills to use by making my first ultra-light changing mat to toss in my purse - leaving behind my oversized diaper bag. From there I began designing my first baby carrier after loving to baby wear Max, but still finding something missing in the existing light-weight carriers that I used during our adventures. Looking for something ultracompact, I began by drafting my design with paper and pencil. After months of research and sewing multiple “draft” carriers, I produced my first “final” baby carrier - tested and loved by my now toddler, Max.

Baby & Bramble will continue to grow our product offerings, focusing on light weight travel to help families explore and travel with their little ones with ease - both near and far from home!
